All returns accepted for store credit or exchanges only within 5 days of purchase.
All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The item must arrive back to our store in its original condition and manufacturing packaging. The item must be received at the store no later than 5 days from purchase and the item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
All shipping charges on all items are non-refundable and will be deducted from store credit. Please include a copy of your invoice. All sale items, floor samples, special orders, or custom orders are final; no exchanges or refunds will be granted.

Gus* Modern does not accept returns for any reason other than a damage incurred in transit, concealed damage or a mis-shipment. It is especially important to note that Gus* does not accept returns due to buyer\'s remorse. With that in mind we suggest that you take advantage of our complimentary fabric swatches and catalogues prior to purchase. We also recommend that whenever possible you visit your local authorized Gus* retailer to see our products in person and receive knowledgeable advice about the item(s) you are interested in.
Most of the items we sell we have in stock, there are instances when pieces sell out. In which case you can order it at the time and wait for it to arrive or send us an email with the item of interest and we will let you know when it is in stock and you can purchase it then.
Every product is inspected before it leaves our store. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please take pictures of the damage item and email us with the images and a description of the problem. We are here to help, contact us at our email or by phone.
